(Barcelona, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Hamza Afifi – PR Director, Soft2Bet, was interviewed by SoloAzar about its participation at the latest edition of SBC Barcelona. He commented about the conference and the activities, and talked about the services and innovation offered by Soft2Bet, among other issues.

What has been your general impression of SBC Barcelona in terms of organization, visitors and novelties?
SBC Barcelona has brought up a lot of useful information when it comes to the iGaming industry. Despite the challenging times, the event managed to gather the industry’s leading companies and speakers that discussed the latest developments in sports betting and iGaming. It was definitely a unique opportunity to reach and network with a comprehensive group of decision-makers, stay updated on the newest advancements and be a part of the ongoing discussions. Moreover, I am extremely surprised by how well the recent advancements, trends, and industry challenges were addressed by the speakers and exhibitors. When it comes to the organization itself, the conference venue and activities were also taken fantastic care of by the event planners.
How has been the experience of meeting again in a live show, and how have the other exhibitors, colleagues and visitors reacted?
For the better part of the year, our principal communication and personal interactions have been digital. So, this in-person show brought a value and possibility that can never be completely duplicated by anything virtual. The human connection and spontaneity are unique, and both come from being physically in the same location. I also believe everyone else was just as excited as I am to take part in a face-to-face event at last.
What have been the highlights of the show?
The biggest highlight of the event was the opportunity to get together with a network of industry pioneers, to learn, and to encourage industry success. In addition, the show presented leading content and connections of the iGaming industry like no other did. The discussion panel focused on the vital topics during these challenging times, with some significant questions asked and answered, helping us boldly take our businesses to the next level.
How has the company managed the growth of online sportsbook and casino in recent years?
The online casino industry is quite competitive, apart from growing at a rapid pace. That is why Soft2Bet acknowledges the fact that we have to stand out with our services through quality and innovation. We make sure to equip our brands with a wide variety of games of chance, as well as thousands of sports betting options for live and pre-match betting alike. Moreover, our newest projects have gamification features that allow customers to further engage with the products. Of course, Soft2Bet also highlights seamless design, mobile-optimized websites, and a user-friendly interface on each brand. But, as with everything else, we are striving to develop even more, so it is safe to say that more innovations are coming in at all times.
What are the firm's main markets, and what are its main goals for the near future?
We are aiming to further our presence with the addition of other new markets, as we are currently operating in more than 10. Our plan is to strengthen our competitive stance in Europe with the new licenses, besides the Swedish one that we already possess. This advancement will demonstrate our focus and performance as we bring Soft2Bet to customers across markets and around the globe.
